Here is a project Frank Demore Painting completed involving interior painting. Our Littleton Massachusetts Painters did a great job,and this is what we did:

1. Scrape peeled paint/Remove all hardware & patch holes
2. Sand walls with distress sanding system & wipe wall dust free for proper adhesion.
3. Spot prime water stains with zinnser bins primer
4. Caulk woodwork & corners of walls
5. Prime all woodwork with bins sealing existing bleeding on woodwork.
6. Skip trowel ceiling in damaged areas matching ceiling finish
7. Spot prime patches
8. Paint ceilings two coats is Benjamin Moore Regal select flat paint
9. Paint woodwork two coats of Benjamin Moore Regal select semi-gloss paint paint
10. Apply two coats of Benjamin Moore regal select eggshell on all walls
11. Clean workspace

Frank and his team did a great job painting the exterior of our house. They know what they are doing and take pride in their work. They aren't going to try to sell you a bill of goods. They will tell it like it is. If they can do something, they will tell you honestly and if they can't, they will also tell you. They won't cut corners. Our house was a big job. In addition to the painting, we needed a lot of wood trim patched and repaired due to rot. They did a great job with all of it, and they showed us what they were fixing / why it failed / explained how they were repairing and what we should watch out for while maintaining. They also did some carpentry to fix / add to our back deck. The house looks great! We've had many compliments on it so far and we're very happy with it. We've had plenty of so-so contractors in the past, those that didn't call you back or did sub-par work. Frank and his team were a really good find! I would definitely call these guys again and highly recommend them.

Long story short - my fiancé and I got in touch with Frank Demore in November after finding his information online to have him give us a quote on repainting the interior of our new construction home that a previous, highly inexperienced/unqualified painter, had ruined. The previous painter did not do any prep work, painted over nail holes, did not cock properly (or at all really), left endless drip and roller marks, painted over grit/sawdust and left severely abnormal texture and uneven lines. The paint job in our new construction home looked like it was 100+ years old. Frank came in and gave us a quote and offered to expedite sending his crew over and paint nights if necessary as our move in date was only awaiting the completed paint job. Our budget was limited as we had already paid in full to have the entire house painted and Frank gave us a great price considering all of the work that it was going to take to reprep the entire space and undo the damage done. Frank made sure that our expectations for the completed job were realistic. I was very nervous due to our previous experience with the paint job however Frank kept reassuring me that him and his crew were extremely experienced and that I had nothing to worry about. After a long road while building our house, this was extremely appreciated and I was finally able to relax knowing that the job was going to be done right. This to me was priceless. Frank came in with his crew almost immediately and they spent almost a week just prepping and sanding all of our trim, walls and doors down before even touching anything with a brush. They took immense care in covering our wood floors, cabinets, etc. Frank's crew was extremely friendly, professional and they all really went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with the work. In the end, the job came out beautiful (which I'd like to note means a lot coming from me as I'm quite the perfectionist with extremely high standards). Our house looked like a new construction home again and we were so thankful to have found Frank and his crew. I doubt that others would have spent that amount of time and effort to redo the job for the price that Frank offered us. In the future we will 110% be using Frank Demore Painting for any painting needs and I would absolutely recommend his work to all of my family and friends.
